Specific Relaxation Class

The Emotions Unit is based on the application of a selected group of MPD exercises combined with relaxation techniques.

The work of elasticity and conscious movement has an integral repercussion both physically and mentally, contributing to the balance of muscle tone, improving our posture and favoring our ability to listen to our body and our emotions.

The unit has a specific relaxation class with its own methodology of energy work.

The benefits derived from the practice of the relaxation class are:

• Reduced stress.
• It improves circulation and helps eliminate toxins.
• It improves neuro-muscular coordination.
• It increases of body awareness.
• It increases joint mobility and flexibility.
• Prevention of osteoarticular pain and muscular contractures.

Thanks to the combination of stretching and conscious breathing, tensions decrease and a state of relaxation is facilitated which helps us to embrace life with more serenity.
